Pale yellow with greenish highlights. Delicate aromas of cherry tree’s flowers, elder and grapevine’s blossoms on the nose. It tastes dry, sapid and balanced.

It perfectly combines with asparagus, risotto, eggs and seafood. Excellent as an aperitif.

Serve at 8°-10° C.
