The modern and sustainable wine cellar was renovated in 1995 and is oriented to energy saving and lower environmental impact. Even today it is among the most ecological cellars in Italy.
From the initial 20 hectares, today the family property covers 140 hectares. Further 240 ha are then under direct management. Since ever, the management provides that the vine growers follow a quality protocol established by the Cottini family.
The production is checked at each step by the family, with the utmost attention to the protection of the quality and tradition.
