Pale yellow with greenish highlights. Lightly fruity and aromatic on the nose. It tastes sapid, pleasant and balanced.

It perfectly combines with asparagus, eggs, risotto and seafood. Excellent as an aperitif.

Serve at 8° - 10° C.
